Q 7: How to install the Reception Antenna Booster?

First, turn off your phone and remove the battery. Then clean the battery compartment and make sure it's dirt-free. Remove the booster sticker from the packaging. Peel it off and stick it onto the battery slot(compartment), NOT ON THE BATTERY. Make sure that the "UPSIDE" end of the booster is towards the topside of the phone. For most cell phones, the installed booster will cover the manufacturer's labeling.

Q 8: How to turn on vibrating mode for the Nokia 51/61xx vibrating battery?

If you have a Nokia 51xx / 61xx, your phone will vibrate for once when you insert the vibrating battery and turn on the phone. To double check, go to Menu, Phone Setting, you should see an added option to set the phone to Vibrate Alert mode.

If you have a Nokia 33xx / 82xx, the vibrating function is built-in your phone, not from the battery. Go to Menu, Phone Setting, you should have an option to set your phone to vibrate mode.

Q 12: How to attach the Hotsync & Charging Cable to Palm Zire71?

Snap the PDA-connecting end into your Palm at a 45-degree angle from above. Then push the connector downward to a level position and make sure it's securely locked. It is normal that after attached, the connector has little room to move. This should not affect the charging and hotsync functions at all.
